Refund policy
At BARE, each bar is handcrafted in small batches, so natural variations in color, texture, and design are expected. Because our products are personal-care items, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and make things right with a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Refunds are only issued in cases where we cannot replace the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please reach out as soon as possible. Orders already shipped cannot be redirected or refunded.
